Out with the old, in with the new, this seems to be the motto that BlackBerry is following. With rumors swirling that the RIM board is looking to replace co-CEOs Mike Lazaridis and Jim Balsillie as chairman, it is a sign they are looking to change their mishaps of 2011. The new plan would be to have a single chairholder instead of the two. RIM is under pressure from the shareholders who are close to jumping ship as BlackBerry continues to drown under the force of Android, iOS, and Windows Phones.
