Sprint Grabs Galaxy Nexus

With only days remaining until CES 2012, an ad has been spotted on CNET showing the newly released Samsung Galaxy Nexus playing nicely with Sprint, the Now Network. The ad points out that the Nexus will have a 1.5 GHz Dual-Core Processor and will also run on Sprint’s LTE network, making it the first phone to do so.

For users of the currently released Galaxy Nexus, you can let out a sob or two as you have read correctly, 1.5 GHz compared to the 1.2 GHz your phone sports. The big question is when will Sprint officially roll out the Galaxy Nexus, seeing that their LTE network will not be fully running until later this year. If we are reading into the future correctly, Sprint will most likely make an announcement either at CES 2012 or the Mobile World Congress a few weeks later.
